About 237NP:

During World War II, the U.S. military started a program developing unconventional weapons for the future. The program continued and expanded during the Cold War. Many of these weapons and experiments were forgotten after some time.

One of these dark experiments took place in New York. The project 237NP, which sought to control the human mind through telepathic waves. Many were the attempts to control this technique but after many years the project was shelved.

In 2015 all alarms go on, an unidentified object has fallen into the sea. It is confirmed that the program had continued without official funding, in secret by some military and scientific personnel and without the knowledge of the only retired soldier who participated in it, MAXX.

MAXX’s brain activity undergoes changes just as the unidentified object comes into contact with the atmosphere. It is the moment they were all expecting.
