4th Annual Pie in the Park

Where:Prospect Park
Tennis House South
Southern part of the Long Meadow
Enter at 9th Street entrance

Cost:$5 w. Pie

Do all of your friends tell you that your Pie is the best around? Well test those skills this Sunday at the4th Annual Pie in the Park event in Prospect Park. You can RSVP on Facebook and to check out more details.

Pie check-in is from 1-2pm. Eating begins at 2pm.

Pies will be judged by attendees on Best Crust, Best Filling and Best Presentation. Top 3 overall pies will get prizes from local food purveyors and a year of boasting privileges.

They’ll be serving hot coffee from Oslo Coffee and fresh soda from Brooklyn Soda Works.

There will be croquet so bring your bocce balls if you have them! Come enjoy your Sunday outside with friends new and old and eating pie.

$10 suggested donation to eat, $5 suggested donation to enter.

Proceeds from the event will go SCRATCHbread and their Kickstarter campaign (Donate here) to help secure their new retail space.

To get there, take the F train to 7th avenue and walk up 9th street to the park. Walk down the path until you get to the baseball fields. The Tennis House South is on the left side of the path. There will be tables and white balloons.
