THE OUT NYC at 510 W 42 St. has blocked the entire hotel for visitors and attendees for “Rites XXXV: The Black Party®”, the signature event produced by The Saint at Large® at Roseland Ballroom.  XL Nightclub will be hosting major events on Fri and Sun.
