Baked Explorations: Classic American Desserts Reinvented Book Launch

Tonight at Greenlight, Matt Lewis and Renato Poliafito, owners of the bakery Baked in Red Hook, present their cookbook (Baked Explorations: Classic American Desserts Reinvented) and answer questions. They will also be providing some delectable dessert samples. Fort Greene’s own Greene Grape (which carries Baked sweets at its Provisions store) will provide complimentary aperitif wines to celebrate the book launch from 5:30 to 7:30, followed by the book event at Greenlight for a perfect pairing.
