The 3rd Annual Going Green in Queens is designed to bring together people to learn about environment issues and how they can be solved!

This is an annual networking, educational and environmental forum open free to the public. This event hosts workshops on various topics like tree pruning, bioswales, recycling, alternative energy resources, planting, organic living and many more topics. All of this is open free to the public and coming in March 2010. Come and learn and have a positive impact on our environment.

They have workshops and exhibits that teach people the pros and cons of many environmental issues. People can learn how to properly compost, prune a tree, and learn about recycling, solar energy, and alternative bio-fuels. You have a chance to network with others who are just as concerned about our environment as you are.

There will be free giveaways, food, and fun!
