Here We Go Magic , if you didn’t catch the packed show at the Seaport this summer or the Grizzly Bear tour, is former solo singer-songwriter Luke Temple’s project with a full band. Pitchfork compares him to Sufjan Stevens, while Sufjan Stevens says Temple has “one of the most beautiful voices in pop music.” (For the record, Death Cab’s Ben Gibbard said pretty much the same thing.) Meanwhile, the scribes at Rolling Stone say his “trance-inducing polyrhythms” recall Elliot Smith. Certainly, all good company.

Titus Andronicus brings an “exhilarating combination of punk aggression and earnest (one might even say Springsteenian) emotional bombast,” that’s propelled them on a non-stop tour for the past year. Welcome back, tri-state homies.

Buzzy McBuzz opening bands WOODS and Beach Fossils set the stage for this memorable event.
