Come out to celebrate the launch of Immigrant Nation, a first-of-its-kind multimedia project designed to capture, share, and spread immigration stories—in powerful new ways.
Enjoy a unique evening of films, food, drinks, music, and storytelling—and add your own story to a live art piece that will be created during the party.
Marisa Jahn, artist and Executive Director of Studio REV- will also launch the Domestic Workers App, a know-your-rights tool accessible by any kind of phone, as a part of the NannyVan, a bright orange mobile design lab that supports domestic workers’ rights nationwide.
The event is co-presented with StoryCode, and special guest Ingrid Kopp, Director of the Digital Initiatives Program at the Tribeca Film Institute, will also be on hand to kick off the festivities.
