Pack a picnic, bring a friend and settle in for a night of premier Hollywood movies. This year’s theme is Nieuw York/New York–films that span the centuries–in honor of the Henry Hudson Quadricentennial This week’s film is “Wall Street.” Set in the 1980s, this movie stars Michael Douglass, Charlie Sheen, and Darryl Hannah and was directed by Oliver Stone. In it, a young and impatient stockbroker is willing to do anything to get to the top, including trading on illegal inside information taken through a ruthless and greedy corporate raider whom takes the youth under his wing.
