The city is buzzing with all things fashion for the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week, and we want to give you a chance to join in on the festivities this year! The show will take place at 9pm on Thursday, September 13th followed by the after party. Send an email to info@livingfreenyc.com with your name,  your favorite designer in the body, and Neodandi’s Spring 2013 Runway Show in the subject.  Entries must be in by September 12th at 11:59pm. About Neodandi:

Born in Ghana and a painter by trade, De Osu has been creating custom men’s and women’s apparel out of his Seattle atelier for the past 8 years. With an aesthetic often compared to Commes des Garcons, De Osu designs like a painter, directly onto his models, with no sketches and no patterns.

Each Neodandi design is one of a kind and his runway show is no different.  A cross between a traditional runway show and a performance art piece, the show will include aspects of choreographed dance and posing in addition to traditional runway so that each design can be seen and appreciated from many angles. At the end of the show, guests will be able to purchase Neodandi designs straight off the runway.
