Young Dancemakers Company announces its 18th year with a free opening performance July 25, 2 PM, at its headquarters of the Fieldston School in the Bronx. Eighteen talented young, ethnically diverse dancer/choreographers, chosen by audition from 15 NYC public schools, will present their works, guided by founder/director Alice Teirstein and music director William Catanzaro. They will also appear in a work by guest choreographer Doug Elkins.

The Fieldston School performance will be followed by 7 more free performances in NYC, Brooklyn and Queens. please consult the website for a full schedule.
