Brooklyn’s longest-running outdoor film and music series is back for a 10th consecutive year in McCarren Park! For our 10th anniversary season, we’re psyched to present a veritable Greatest Hits of SummerScreen, with a lineup featuring the most popular movies in the history of the series.

So join us on August 5th for the original (and the best!) dinosaur movie of all time, Jurassic Park! Make sure you come early to catch a set by Brooklyn experimental psych band Guardian Alien.

To Bring:
-Blankets, pillows, etc
-Your dog (especially because we’ll be giving out FREE doggy dinosaur costumes #dogsofsummerscreen)
-Whipped cream (or any other snacks—but leave your god damn dinosaur DNA at home)

NOT to Bring:
Alcohol (We will have beer and cider for sale though!)
Chairs, umbrellas, other stuff that could block people’s views
Radios, boomboxes, etc.

And if you’re Jeff Goldblum, don’t bring a shirt.

As always, SummerScreen is free to the public and at the corner of North 12th St. and Bedford Ave.

Gates open at 6pm, band plays at 7:30, and the film starts at sundown.
