Barbara Sibley and Margaritte Malfy are chef/owners of the La Palapa restaurants in New York City, where they serve up authentic Mexican styled dishes. They will be at Whole Foods today doing a Hands on cooking class , featuring recipes from their cookbook Antojitos. The demonstration will be followed by a book signing of Antojitos.
