Acclaimed French Pastry Chef Michael Allen is celebrating the opening of his Wholesale and Retail Bakery Operation with Local Organic Food Entrepreneurs Andrew and David Goldin in Clinton Hill. The ribbon-cutting ceremony will be followed by a holiday tasting and champagne toast.

Schedule:

5:00PM-5:30 PM- Ribbon Cutting and remarks by Brooklyn Borough President Marty Markowitz, Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce President Carl Hum, Chef Allen and Mssers Goldin.

5:30PM-5:50PM-Tour of the new bakery

6:00PM–9:00PM-VIP Holiday Tasting with champagne; Exhibition of Wedding and Specialty Cakes. Taste holiday confections such as truffles, gingerbread, sumptuous desserts and  cakes. Artisanal breads, traditional French pastries as well as gluten-free and vegan baked goods also available for sampling.
