La Palapa Cocina Mexicana celebrates Hispanic Heritage Week! with their new cookbook Antojitos.”Antojitos: Festive and Flavorful Mexican Small Plates” is filled with 75 authentic Mexican small plate recipes, along with salsas, and refreshing drinks. Barbara Sibley and Margaritte Malfy are chef/owners of the La Palapa restaurants in New York City, where they serve up authentic Mexican styled dishes. They will be at Macy’s Cellar today doing a Cooking Demo, featuring recipes from their cookbook Antojitos. The demonstration will be followed by a book signing of Antojitos.
