Betterfly.com is hosting a free Mat Pilates class on Monday September 13th from 7:00pm-8:00pm. The class will be held at Om Factory for beginner levels and above. Please dress comfortably: tights, yoga pants, work out clothes are appropriate. Mats will be available for use but *please bring a towel to give extra cushioning for the spine*. The class is free, and Betterfly would just like all attendees to rate and review the teacher on Betterfly.com after you’ve taken it.
