Nearly 20 restaurants at the World Financial Center will be serving up seasonal dishes and unveiling brand new menu items to kick off the spring season during EAT: World Financial Center Restaurant Showcase.

Visitors can enjoy a range of selections including Au Mandarin’s Pan-Seared Pork Dumplings, The Grill Room’s Vanilla Bean Crème Brulee, and SouthWest NY’s pulled pork sliders — which will be cooked up by Executive Chef Wade Burch, C.E.C., first-place winner on the Food Network series “Chopped.”
