Today will be filled with all day entertainment provided by guest music performers, hosted by on air radio personalities from WCBSFM101.1, fresh 102.7fm and 92.3 NOW FM. The 82nd Annual Feast of San Gennaro will feature live musical entertainment during its 11 day run which begins on Thursday, September 10, and runs through Sunday, September 20, 2009. The free performances include a wide range of musical entertainment to satisfy all tastes, ranging from Italian folk songs and opera, to rock ‘n roll and doo wop to old standards. There will also be live radio broadcasts from the stage during the 11 days of the Feast.
Performance times on the stage will be scheduled as follows: Mondays through Thursdays from 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM; Fridays, 5:30 PM to 10:30 PM; Saturdays, 12 Noon to 12:30 AM; and Sundays, 12 Noon to 9:30 PM.
The Performance Stage will be located at the northwest corner of Grand and Mott Streets, one block east of Mulberry Street.
