Living Free NYC Big City, Small Pockets, No Problem! In honor of the start of summer this Memorial Day, Bike and Roll New York City, the city’s largest bike tour and bike rental company, will provide free one-hour bike rentals to anyone visiting Governors Island on Memorial Day between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. More than 25 Bike and Roll employees will be on hand at Colonels Row/Castle Williams to greet riders with bikes and necessary safety equipment, including bells and helmets.
