Join 3rd Ward for a night of sharing projects with Kickstarter, the world’s largest platform for funding creative projects.

Kickstarter’s Director of Art Programs Stephanie Pereira offers some insight on how to bring your project to life. Whether you have a project in design, film, art, technology, music, food or publishing, you will learn how to structure a project, what kind of rewards work best, and other helpful tips and valuable stats.

They’ll take a more detailed look at the anatomy of a successful project with presentations from:

Electric Literature: Recommended Reading, the latest project from new media anthology, Electric Literature, will publish one story every week, each chosen by a great author or editor. Goal: $10K Actual: $18,873

Studio Neat: The Glif, a simple, elegant iPhone 4/4S accessory with two primary functions: mounting an iPhone onto a tripod and propping it at various angles. Studio Neat was founded in 2010 by Tom Gerhardt and Dan Provost. Goal: $10K Actual: $137,417

Phillip Stearns’ Glitch Art3rd Ward Circuitry instructor creates gorgeous textiles and prints by manipulating cameras to produce colorful glitches. Goal: $8.5K Actual: $17,099
