As part of a collaboration for our Sous Chef Series, Anup Joshi, chef de cuisine of New York’s celebrated restaurant Tertulia, will be demonstrating his delicious recipe for Slow-Roasted Tomatoes at the Columbus Circle store. This simple recipe can be deployed in myriad ways, whether as a sandwich topping, tossed with pasta, or as the backbone for summer favorites, such as roasted-tomato salsa or even a Bloody Mary.
