From Spoons, Toons, & Booze:
Due to a legal settlement that we’re not allowed to discuss Spoons, Toons & Booze is giving back with some community service. For one Saturday only we’ll be providing drug awareness education for free!

Come watch ThunderCats, Jem, Batman, The Smurfs, Captain Planet, Alvin and the Chipmunks, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, He-Man and more of your favorite cartoon characters fight for truth, justice and a drug-free future for our children (which was us when it aired…I’m not sure how well it actually worked in retrospect.)

Satisfy your munchies with our free all-you-can-eat cereal bar filled with all the sugary, marshmallowy, fruity, chocolatey cereal you crave!

Take away your dry mouth with a drink from our White Russian menu or one of our cereal/cartoon themed cocktails! No peer pressure…but seriously, have a drink.

Test your drug use prevention knowledge with the D.A.R.E challenge! Winner gets a free D.A.R.E. t-shirt!

Contests with prizes from Videology & The Knitting Factory!

Featuring a special screening of Cartoon All-Stars to the Rescue, the classic 1990 government sponsored anti-drug PSA episode that includes just about every cartoon character from the late 80’s and more! At the time Senator Joe Biden called it, “the single most ambitious and important drug education program ever attempted”.  It turns out it wasn’t but it sure is hilarious! Only showed on TV once, we’ve got an exclusive copy just for the Spoons, Toons & Booze crowd.

*Come for a chance to win two tickets to see MC Chris and Schaffer the Darklord perform at The Knitting Factory November 23rd!
