The Brooklyn Bridge Park Conservancy’s annual Sunset party – the event that jump starts summer in Brooklyn – is set for Thursday, June 6.

Sunset Ohana is this year’s theme. Ohana means “group of friends” in Hawaiian. Our little slice of Hawaii on the Brooklyn waterfront will include authentic Hawaiian steel guitars and classic surf music, tasty island treats, luau lawn games, a tropical specialty cocktail, hula sessions, and much more. Be sure to wear your most colorful shirt!

Last year’s Bhangra theme drew 1,200 guests, and this year’s Sunset promises to be another great party in the park.

All ticket purchases at the “Sunset Patron” level and above will receive special recognition on Sunset Ohana banner at the event.

All ticket purchases at the “Sunset Supporter” level and above will receive recognition in the Sunset Ohana program.

A highlight of the evening will be a silent auction, with one-of-a-kind items donated by friends of the Conservancy from around New York. Sports tickets that you can’t buy! Summer getaways! Over the past 13 years, the Conservancy’s annual Sunset fundraiser has earned its reputation as the party that jump starts summer in Brooklyn. All proceeds for the evening support the Conservancy’s free public programming in Brooklyn Bridge Park throughout the year.
