Come out to Brooklyn For Target’s First Saturday’s at The Brooklyn Museum. Check out all of the great exhibits and the awesome party later at night. Owing to limited capacity, some programs require tickets. Free tickets are available for selected events. Please note ticket distribution times above. Members may pick up tickets from the Membership Desk beginning at 2 p.m. while supplies last. Programs subject to change without notice.Free general admission and $4 parking (flat rate), 5–11 p.m. Museum galleries are open until 11 p.m. Cash bar, food concessions, and Shop open until 11 p.m.

Here is the list of scheduled events:

4–8 p.m. 2nd Annual Eco Fair
Museum Shop, 1st Floor
Find eco-friendly gifts from a selection of local artisans and authors.

5–7 p.m. Music
Rubin Pavilion, 1st Floor
Brooklyn-based band Red Baraat combines trumpets, saxophones, trombone, and sousaphone with a double-sided barrel drum called the dhol, melding brass funk with the infectious North Indian rhythm of bhangra.

5–8 p.m. Interactive Program
Beaux-Arts Court, 3rd Floor
Artist Elaine Tin Nyo invites you to “pick” flowers at the Museum. Find images of flowers in the permanent collection, capture them with your camera phone, and e-mail them to textflower@gmail.com. Images will be projected by the artist collage-style on a screen, creating a spring bouquet.

5–10:30 p.m. Object of the Month
Asian Galleries, 2nd Floor
Explore the Japanese sculpture Infinity II (Shinso) with our Looking Closer guide.

5:30 p.m. Dance
Iris and B. Gerald Cantor Auditorium, 3rd Floor
Brooklyn’s LAVA dance company performs a combination of contemporary dance, theater, and acrobatics. Free tickets (330) are available at the Visitor Center at 5 p.m.

6:30-8:30 p.m. Hands–On Art
Education Gallery, 1st Floor

Create a floral wall hanging inspired by the exhibition Kiki Smith: Sojourn. Free timed tickets (380) are available at the Visitor Center at 5:30 p.m.

7 p.m. Curator Talk
Contemporary Art Galleries, 4th Floor

Eugenie Tsai, John and Barbara Vogelstein Curator of Contemporary Art, gives a Sign Language–interpreted talk on recent contemporary acquisitions in the Museum’s collection. Free tickets (30) are available at the Visitor Center at 6 p.m.

7:30 p.m. Film
Iris and B. Gerald Cantor Auditorium, 3rd Floor
The Cat Returns (Hiroyuki Morita, 2002, 75 min., PG). A young girl embarks on a magical feline adventure. Free tickets (330) are available at the Visitor Center at 6 p.m.

Elizabeth A. Sackler Center for Feminist Art, Forum, 4th Floor

Sabrina Gschwandtner, visual artist and the author of KnitKnit: Profiles and Projects from Knitting’s New Wave, presents “No Idle Hands,” a series of short documentaries on handicraft. Free tickets (30) are available at the Visitor Center at 6 p.m.

8 p.m. Young Voices Gallery Talk
Asian Galleries, 2nd Floor
Student Guides highlight artistic innovations in the Museum’s Asian and contemporary art collections.

9–10 p.m. Book Club
Elizabeth A. Sackler Center for Feminist Art, Forum, 4th Floor
Authors Zora O’Neill and Tamara Reynolds discuss Forking Fantastic! Put the Party Back in Dinner Party, their guide to do-it-yourself entertaining, in connection with themes found in the exhibition Kiki Smith: Sojourn.

9–11 p.m. Dance Party
Beaux-Arts Court, 3rd Floor
Grupo Latin Vibe hosts a dance party with their live ensemble. Learn salsa dance moves with Stepping Out Studios at 8 p.m.
