NYC’s iconic Wafels & Dinges truck, decorated in lights and playing carols, is in the Christmas spirit and will give away
FREE WAFELS for one hour (11:30 am – 12:30 pm).
FREE DINGES (toppings): bananas, whipped cream, strawberries, Nutella, Belgian chocolate fudge or speculoos spread, dulce de leche, maple syrup, and bacon – all day!

* In 2008, “The Wafel Guy” (Thomas DeGeest) promised never to become a “Jingle Bells in early November” business. He has chosen National Waffle Day (Aug. 24) as Jingle Bells Redemption Day. It will be the only day of the year that the Wafels & Dinges truck will play Christmas carols and be decorates with ornaments. So while the sounds of Christmas fill the hot August air, DeGeest will play Santa Claus and give out cool treats to good little boys & girls of all ages!
